| Cosmo supplied this project from start to finish. Prominent in this development were large format tiles from the manufacturer Casalgrande Padana - 'Blue Moon' from Padana's Pietra Native series gave a natural aesthetic with added usability. Cosmo supplies many ranges that look natural without some of the attendant hassles of natural material when it comes to cleaning and sealing. The picture above shows a floor of Padana's Marte Verde Guatemala in a naturale finish, selected for its durability against heavy footfall. Special pieces of the Marte were used in stairs - step
tread tiles for instance - with a different complimentary finish called 'Bocciardato'. This has a rough surface with a good anti slip rating. |
