Warehousing & Distribution The Glasgow store is also the site of Cosmo's warehouse and distribution operation. Five million tiles are in the warehouse at any given time, a storage space that covers a huge 47,000 square feet. 23 staff man the warehouse and five drivers oversee a vehicle fleet comprising five 17.5 tonne lorries, a 7.5 tonne lorry and two sprinter vans. We import from all over the world and supply tiles to both the trade and retail customers. We aim to provide any amount of tiles without delay to domestic customers and small building customers - we strive to always have your requested items in stock. We also arrange special request orders of larger amounts for large scale building and architecture projects - items can be delivered by our own fleet or be stored in our warehouse for collection until your project reaches the appropriate phase. Cosmo also distribute tiles to other tile stores all over Scotland and the north of England. The warehouse is open 7 days including Bank Holidays. |
